At Lake Burunge Tented Camp, 20 tents and 10 lodge rooms offer twin beds, king size double beds or triples in canvas structures supported on strong, stilted decks and protected by pitched thatched roofs in a picturesque, rustic configuration. Each room is light, spacious and airy with mosquito nets and enjoys its own private verandah deck with table and safari chairs overlooking woodland and the lake just below the ridge of a hill.

There are en-suite bathrooms with inbuilt showers, but, since tap-water is piped from the lake, you are advised that it is neither for drinking nor tooth-brushing. The main building is open-sided on a raised wooden deck.
