All staff and amenities are included. You have your own house staff, safari guide and chef and a private vehicle to do as you please, when you please. Guests decide for themselves what they want to do, what they want to eat, where, how and when. Activities may include swimming, mountain biking, and a choice of Serengeti trips with your own guide by custom open side 4x4 or even on two legs – bush walks. Take a picnic if you wish. You may also choose to have a massage or a cookery lesson. It is up to you. You can also take on archery and tennis on a private court. Horse riding is available as optional add on.

Accommodation At Singita Serengeti House

The main house contains two expansive bedroom suites, a fine dining area and a spacious lounge (Read more other accommodation types in Serengeti). There are two more garden guest suites balanced by side of the main house and accessible by walkways connecting a 25-metre infinity swimming pool and deck with day beds, which safely overlooks a waterhole frequented by local game and wildlife as well as by a small herd of breeding elephant.

AfricanMecca guests can choose a guided morning game drive in their own private and exclusive use 4x4 to see the year-round population of game that include the proud lion, the lumbering hippo, graceful eland, the stressed dik diks or cuddly hyrax. Stay out all day with a picnic lunch if you prefer.



Or you can take a late evening drive to see the nocturnal wonders, perhaps a hunting leopard, a clapping nightjar or a large-eyed bush baby, or simply gaze at the black velvet sky diamonded with thousands upon thousands of sparkling stars. You may even plan your Tanzania safaris to coincide with the annual migration of over one million wildebeests and thousands of other hoofed herbivores, including zebra and Thomson gazelles as they move through the various pockets and round-sections of the Serengeti National Park, darkening the plains as far as the eye can see.
