Each morning as the sun rises above the horizon, your tent attendant delivers coffee, hot chocolate and tea to your tent as part of the wake-up service. You will particularly enjoy the aromatic beverages outdoors on your verandah, as you will sense the energy of the animals that are preparing for their morning grazing. Your guide takes you into the wilderness for a few hours, and you can have breakfast in the bush or back at camp. Selections include bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit and cereals, all served with coffee, tea and other beverages. Picnic lunches allow you to stay amongst the wildlife a longer, or you can have an assortment of meats, cheeses and fruits in the dining tent.Tea is served in the afternoon just prior to your late-day game drive. Dinner is a gastronomic affair, even though you are on safari in the remoteness of Africa. One of our favorite evening appetizers is the avocado served with vinaigrette. The full evening meal features rice, vegetables, salads, soups and beef or chicken, just to name some of the fare you will enjoy. We can also arrange an intimate bush dinner under the vast African skies.
