A secluded valley amidst the Mara North Conservancy houses the Kicheche Mara Camp where copses of acacia trees shelter spacious, deluxe tents as the Olare Orok water-stream flows close by. Zebras, impalas, topis and dik diks graze on the grasses outside your tent, and when you wake one morning on your wondrous East African nature vacation, you might also chance to see lion or leopard paw prints on the soil around your tent.



The camp comprises of canvas structures with netted windows erected on a flattened surface covered with a tarp. Traditional lanterns light up the lounge at night that also has a bookcase fashioned out of rough-hewn wood standing on one side.
