The amazing gastronomical preparations may leave you needing a nap from your dawn start, and you have plenty of time for that and other pastimes before lunch. After you mid-day meal, take time to read, journal, interact with other guests and so much more, because soon mouthwatering edible creations and tea will tempt your taste buds. The remaining sunlight of late afternoon cascades over the savannah and invites you to once again venture into the bush on foot or on a vehicle.



Your guide points out subtle differences in animal behavior that occur only at twilight, including nocturnal creatures that are seldom seen during the day. You may end your day after sundowners and dinner, or partake a mysterious night game drive in the conservancy in search of nocturnal fauna or even lion night-hunts. The next morning, you can take up the optional AfricanMecca proposed balloon safari for a bird’s eye-view of the fauna teeming plains of Masai Mara.
