Each morning at Saruni Wild, coffee and tea are brought to your tent as part of the wake-up service. The beverage warms your soul while you dress for the day’s activities. Your guide’s experience and personal knowledge is an asset in locating the most-desired large and small mammals during your game drives.



The conservancy and reserve are home to giraffes, hippos, gazelles, elephants, buffalos, zebras and other varied herbivores. The keen eye of your guide also increases your chances of seeing a lion, cheetah or other stealthy terrestrial hunters capture a morning prey. Breakfast is served in the bush, or you may return to camp. With your appetite satisfied, you may have the energy for a guided bush walk, birding tour, hiking or village visit.

You may also spend the remainder of your day at the camp reading, writing and lounging. Your hunger is held at bay with an Italian-inspired lunch and afternoon tea. The late day sunlight transforms the Kenyan bush as nocturnal animals emerge from their hiding places and other wildlife prepare for the onset of darkness.
