All rooms are well-situated for viewing the river or the savannah, although you may prefer a tent that is further away from the main areas including the kitchen and bar for a more peaceful and private setting. We advise our nature-vacationing guests that when staying at Basecamp Mara, keep your tent zipped close as the resident monkeys are known for pilfering items in open tents.
