Tourists and visitors to Africa, should have access to all available forms of communication, internal or external; they should benefit from prompt and easy access to local administrative, legal and health services; they should be free to contact the consular representatives of their respective countries of origin in compliance with the diplomatic conventions in force.

Prior to your departure from your home country, AfricanMecca will provide comprehensive information such as but not limited to 24 hour-7 days emergency contacts in Africa.

v We will always quote and rate safari, beach vacation and tourism programs according to the actual rates, depending on the varying value. Thus, if your budget is higher that our quote, AfricanMecca's ethical policy works to your benefit. We want to save you the most. We want you to be happy with the quality and level of our services so that you can tell your family and friends about it, and come back and travel with us once again.

v We provide an unequivocal guarantee that we will only work with organizations (partners, accommodations, and service providers) that are reputable and have an organizational history.

v We value and honor your time. Thus, we promise to provide complete, upfront and non-confusing pricing information. We will never: quote prices with terms such as "starting from", "as low as" or "from" or provide programs with hidden or unmentioned costs.

v We guarantee to deliver on all the services you pay for.

v Tourism activities should respect the equality of men and women; they should promote human rights and, more particularly, the individual rights of the most vulnerable groups, notably children, the elderly, the handicapped, ethnic minorities and indigenous peoples. We therefore promise to serve all customers regardless of their race, gender, religion, national original or sexual orientation. Family, youth, student and senior tourism and tourism for people with disabilities will be accommodated in the best manner possible at the best facilities available in the related categories.

Social Commitment:

v The understanding and promotion of ethical values common to humanity, with an attitude of tolerance and respect for the diversity of religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, are both the foundation and the consequence of responsible tourism. Thus, we will pursue our business with integrity, respecting the different cultures and the dignity and rights of individuals and communities in Africa.

v AfricanMecca supports the belief that human rights are universal. The UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights charter sets out the obligations to promote universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, without distinction as to race, gender, language or religion. The promotion and protection of all human rights is a legitimate concern of our business. Furthermore, the universal right to tourism must be regarded as the corollary of the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay, guaranteed by Article 24 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 7.d of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

v Community based Eco-tourism are recognized as being particularly conducive to enriching and enhancing the standing of tourism, provided they respect the natural heritage and local populations and are in keeping with the carrying capacity of the sites. AfricanMecca will honestly pursue with the best of our abilities, a direction that will continuously promote and encourage healthy eco-tourism with a focus on preserving the environment.

v Tourism resources belong to the common heritage of mankind; the communities in whose territories they are situated have particular rights and obligations to them.  AfricanMecca will invest, assist and promote programs that: uplift the standards of the local communities, promote education and healthcare, and invest in programs that focus on teaching and knowledge dissemination.
