Baggage Handling - Africa
During your stay at your hotel in Africa, you will have access to the hotel porters to help you place your luggages in your room. For customers who requested for meet, greet services and airport transfers, AfricanMecca customer care officers will assist you at the airport arrival section with your luggage handling to/from the transfer vehicle.
If you are going on a safari to the game parks or mountain climbing, and returning back to your hotel e.g in Nairobi, Mombasa, Arusha etc, you may keep your extra luggage that you don't require at the hotel or with our offices. You may be required to check out of your unoccupied room and recheck in again upon your return. Do not leave any of your luggages in the room. This is to avoid costs of occupying the room while you are away. Upon your arrival, ensure that the hotel or your AfricanMecca customer care officer is informed of the extra luggage handling. Lock all luggages before requesting for storage.
